      Lines inside are always long! I don't understand why there is only one teller even on busy days! I see other staff on the bank doing nothing, so why can't the jump behind a teller window to help when it's busy?

      I am a multi- decade patron of B of A. I walked into Hwy 54 Wesley Chapel branch w/out an appt. to get a document notarized. I was informed that their notary was out sick that day, so I requested if she could call the B of A branch 3 miles from their location to see if they had a notary....I was ignored and then she started dealing with another client. I thought it was quite rude. Consequently I drove the 3 miles to another branch and I was pleasantly taken care of in less than a half hour.
