  I arrived at 8:57am to find a line of 16 people waiting for the bank to open at 9:00am. At exactly 9:00am the security guard, Jason, let the people enter. Ruth asked each person how she could help and directed them to an account manager or to a bank teller. I explained to her that I was purchasing a car and needed a check to buy the car. She suggested that I get a cashier's check. The bank tellers were very efficient and processed the customers quickly. Jessica helped issue a cashier's check for me so I could purchase a car. I was in and out in 18 minutes. Jason, Ruth and Jessica were very friendly and professional. They all should be commended for their great service especially during this challenging Covid time.

  What a terrible experience waited in line for almost an hour and half. They only had one person at the desk. Not only that they had a customer who had a bunch of money but instead of them opening up another window they did nothing manager walked around until 5pm then he decided to help I will never be coming back to this bank an will be changing banks terrible terrible service!!!!
