      My husband had an appointment to do a wire transfer for our closing of our new house, which was happening in a few hours. The power went out in the middle of the transfer (not their fault). They basically just told him he had to leave. They wouldn't make any phone calls or anything, just told him to go to another bank and try his luck. The nearest bank had a TWO HOUR wait (not their fault) HOWEVER he wouldn't have wasted his time going over there if they had called the other store first. (I tried calling the other store myself, but after three calls, it became clear that they do not answer the phone for customers.) Thanks for the "help"

      Don’t even waste your time coming here. There is only one bank teller there window, they just remodeled the bank. When you come here be prepared to wait 30+ minutes in line to even get serviced. Find another bank location coming here is a big waste of time.
