      I have dealt with the branch for many years. They have always been courteous and helpful. The problems I have with Bank of America are on the corporate level. They are just too dam big. They should be broken up. If you call the 800 number as I did yesterday unless you are lucky you will be transferred 7 times and still not find the right department

      Went during lunch and I was the only person there, staff didn’t want to help close my account and told me to go do it online. What a joke.

      The ATM by the door is VERY open with NO privacy at all. Everyone from the parking lot can totally see what you are trying to do.
