  JPMC has always been one of the Premier institutions in Banking. This Bank on Falls Road is No exception. The best part is unlike when you go to NYC or Washington D.C. which typically have a Very pinched, and High Strung Attitude. Having a JPMC be local to a few locations in the North half of Baltimore County is truly a Joy, Humbling and Rewarding. The Staff are of the Most professional in the Business. The Atmosphere actually feels like the more sophisticated side of Baltimore Residents; Direct and Relaxed, but Very respectful, Attentive but patient. Also having a Bank that offers Private Client / Wealth Management Services on Site is extremely rare for our region. It's a testament to the possibilities of greater opportunities in the future for those of greater means to invest into the communities and the people. Finally a Major Bank with a very personal Feel meets the epitome of Professionalism. Thank you to Ms. Shade Oduntan, Mr. Liping Zhu, and Staff. I greatly look for to a growing relationship with the Greenspring Branch of JPMC and the Array of options to come in the Future.

  I had the worst experience in my life here ! Stay away from Vaibhav Patel, my experience with him was as bad as it can be, this ''pseudo business banker'' confused my first name with a part of my business name. I came to this location trying to finish my business account with chase and I have ended up with 3 bankers checking my id and with this Patel guy nut understanding that my business name has nothing to do with my name. The worst part is that the manager of the branch tried to assist him but she ended up staring on my id and telling me to come back with a passport...My question is why ? They had my dl my social my business documentation and still they could not finish opening a simple checking account... When I asked why should I come back with my passport they could not answer and just said for verification purpose.... Stay away from this branch !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Chase has exceptional customer service at every branch I enter, and Greenspring Station is no different! I needed to withdraw cash in all different bill amounts, and the associate very patiently helped me accomplish this and counted out each bill for me. I would recommend Chase to anyone!
