      Since BOA is closing a lot of the smaller locations, this is one of the few still with in person cashiers, which means there can be long lines & long waits for the same. I dont like going in for this reason & only do so if I HAVE to.

      TYPICAL TERRIBLE BoA SERVICE ! ALWAYS ONLY 1 TELLER ON DUTY ! My average wait time in line is at least 20-25 minutes ! BoA doesn't care about customer service in branches. They just keep cutting back and as small business with few accounts, I always need to go into branch. The out of touch CEO for BoA is closing more branches , but not moving tellers to other local branches to serve customers. Even Community Banks always have more than 1 teller throughout the week, and Managers step up to help. Everyone in line says the same, so when is the CEO going to start paying attention to its customer needs vs profit! If I could do less than one star that would be rating. Consider going to a Community Bank for better service
