      I am trying to call the branch location to speak with someone about a mortgage. They will not answer the phone and just keep referring you back to the website. I just want to speak with a human about refinancing or purchasing a new home. I guess I will not be doing that with Bank of America.

      Poor customer service from the branch manager. She was actually rude and short with me. I will never open an account here or any BoA.
