      Love the front of house ladies!!! Michelle and Patti are amazing. So friendly and helpful. Iryna went above and beyond to help me with a personal matter. She even followed up with me days later to make sure everything was taken care of. I’m always met with a smile when I enter the branch. Great group of people!!

      You can check my profile and see I don’t give negative reviews. Im not a troll, I’m not hating. But the customer service here, as well as bank of america in general is disgusting. Treat people like humans not numbers. Gross

      Closed with no explanation on a Thursday. First they close my local branch in Derry permanently now you can't even count on any remaining branches to be open. Really puts a business customer in a tough position when you have to hunt down an open branch to make a deposit. You can't even call branches directly to see if they are open.
