      I stopped in right after opening as I las tribute needed something notarized. Typically you need an appointment but they were so helpful and so so accommodating! Everyone here was so nice and helpful, I was also able to do a change of address and change my last name to my married name. Again, great customer service!!

      I went to the Wells branch of BAC last Saturday at 10:30 am and found it closed, despite posted hours saying the branch is open 9 - 12 on Saturdays. This morning, Monday, the bank was still closed with no change of hours posted on the door. What's going on? Are you ever going to notify customers?

      I went to get a cashier’s check at 1:30 pm. The sign on the door said open 9am to 4 pm. The door was locked. I knocked on door and the manager came out and said that they needed to close for 1/2 hour so employees could have lunch, I said I guess the customer comes second at B of A and she went into a hissy fit and said that I needed to wait a half hour. I waited a half hour and 2 policeman came and said they were arresting me for disorderly conduct.. I am filing a suit against the Bank of America for 3 different charges.. I have been a customer for over 25 years. THIS IS HOW THEY TREST A GOOD CUSTOMER?
