      I have had great luck with this Bank. The people there are always friendly, and the branches are convenient to where I live. Most importantly was a trip that I recently took to South America. My credit card number was stolen while I was overseas and the associates at the bank we're incredibly accommodating in assisting me with getting a new card thousands of miles away. They were able to change all of my information to an international address, and put a rush on the card for me. This was extremely helpful because I had no way of obtaining money for about a week and they were empathetic to my situation. My other bank is not at all like this. The one thing I will mention is that this is not the bank to go to if you are looking for a loan. The interest rates are very high, but all of their other services are wonderful.

      Never once picks up the phone when I call. Pay your employees more and stoping using Covid as an excuse for literally everything

      We were treated very poorly when we arrived at the bank for a pre-scheduled notary service. We were confronted and told to leave the parking lot and we had to explain more than once that we made an appointment and were bank customers. We will not be using Kennebunk savings again because of their lack of decency and customer service.
