  I visited this branch on 6/17/20, I was on line with a lot people. suddenly an employee (Armando) approach me and ask me how I can help you, and I explained to him my service that I will do, and he said I would help you, and he was with his tablet and few minutes he took care my business, so it was awesome experience for me.   I made an appointment to see a specialist for help in regards to my BOA credit card. First he was a half-hour late to help me, as he was busy with someone else (regardless of my appointment time). Then he basically told me at the retail level they can’t access any card information and couldn’t help me so I would need to either call the number on my card or seek help from another bank. Thank you for wasting my time!
