  I had to wait a bit to be seen but it was during a busy time and they seemed to be shorthanded so it was understandable. I came to open a checking account and was helped by a lady named Zeta. She was super friendly and helpful and I didn't get the impression that she was trying to sell me anything or had any other agenda other than helping me and answering my questions. I would definitely go out of my way in the future to come to this location based on my experience today.

  When the pandemic hit and this branch suddenly closed, B of A made absolutely no attempt to contact or alert customers. I had to wait 2 weeks to get into my safe deposit box and have been waiting over a year for the branch to reopen. They had a little sign posted on the door about the closure, but they have labeled this branch as "temporarily closed" for over a year. I'm paying for a safe deposit box that I can't access unless I want to jump through B of A hoops. Zero care for customers!

  This branch is randomly closed now for good. I went there to walk in to make a withdrawal and a security guard told me it was closed for good. This branch always had some drama even before Covid and customer service was always suspect at best. BofA is just not a good bank any more.
