      They refused a cash deposit. What kind of bank doesn't take cash? Seriously, I had cash in hand filled out a deposit slip and was turned away by the teller. Then as I was leaving they tried to get me to open another account there. On a previous visit they refused to cash a Bank of America check because at the time I didn't have an account with them. Who in their right mind would want to work with this place? I would give them 0 stars if I could.

You are able to purchase a money order or cashiers' check and deposit into the account. This is to better manage the risks associated with cash to understand who is transacting on accounts.       Removed 17k dollars deposit for no reason, still awaiting a response from the bank. This is the reason while I’ll be closing my accounts after 20 years of business.
