      After having a terrible experience at the branch at Solomond pond mall I went to this branch and it exceeded my expectations. I will only be coming to this location from now on. Boslika is amazing and I can’t say thank you enough for helping me in a pinch. I’m beyond grateful

      I’ve an account there and now that I’m having problem with a transaction and they do nothing for me. I called them so many times and they let me waiting.

      long wait times 1 teller but 3 other agents doing very little but walking around. 2 weeks later- closed without ANY signage, phone recording, or website notification~ NOTHING. poorly supported branch, many branches closing without notice or any updated information, anywhere! with all the ways to communicate to customers, this is completely unacceptable.
