      Advertised as open but closed for good. Bank of America fails customers constantly. Chase is still open next door and is a better bank.

      Had a problem when there ATM locked up my fiance card. Help inside is dismal, no movement for taking care of the customers right away. No manager available...really. They all work for the company and cannot help the customers solve any problems. We were from out of town and get better service at other branches.
