  Ryan has helped with me two sba loans, a 7A to purchase a business and a 504 to purchase the building for one of our businesses. Ryan has a great process to find the lending institutions that will most likely be successful in providing a mutually agreeable financing. Other banks waste your time and tell you that you're a fit and then 2 months later they reject you from underwriting. Ryan prequalifies the institutions and finds the great fits to meet your needs. He is a professional and amazing at his job.

  There is not enough room on this page to show my gratitude and professional recommendation for Ryan & ThinkSBA! Short story, he's a miracle worker. We had started on a deal with the SBA last year that, due to my tenured experience in hospitality, seemed like an easy projection loan on a good potential property. Well, COVID-19 hit and banks pulled completely OUT of any hospitality lending. They would not even give us the time of day - not really understanding the property or our potential. We went through 3 brokers, 36+ banks and had relinquished most of our hope on a dream property. Luckily, our accountant knew Ryan, introduced us and he made it happen, not only in record time but surmounting many hurdles. He took the time to research our backgrounds, knew what we were worth and hat we could do, understood our passion and tenacity to make it happen and had all the right contacts to push it through! We moved into the property this week and couldn't be more thrilled! GREAT JOB RYAN - COME VISIT US SOON!!
