  The WORST EVER!!! STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!! Terrible attitude from the bank manager & teller. Branch manager argued with me for 30 min before she reluctantly arranged for help but by the person who's incompetent & therefore couldn't help. I spent 1,5 hrs at this branch & accomplished nothing, which was especially terrible b/c it was time sensitive issue. I honestly believe that my cleaning lady understands the banking process better that this VP/branch manager Heidi at this location. Her attitude is HORRENDOUS & she's utterly incompetent: truly the worst combination possible. She was unable to help this poor guy from Merryl Lynch to help us who was truly very nice but had no clue as to what he was doing. I am writing this review sharing my experience to direct people away from this branch so that they don't have to go through this terribly aggravating experience & tremendous waste of time. It took branch manager down the street in South Naples literally under 7 min to fix the issue & she didn't require the copy of the SS card? Who carries SS card with them? Turns out it wasn't needed. That's exactly why I don't trust BoA with my investments or serious banking b/c of their inconsistent customer service & ability to accomplish simple tasks. I've been with BoA for 26 yrs & this experience has been by far one of the worst. Do yourself a favor: avoid them & go to the branch down the street. You'll be in & out in no time & will get all your stuff done with the smile on their faces!
