      My personal experience is consistent with the negative reviews. They do not fathom the concept of customer service. With COVID and the coin shortage I asked whether they might wave the need for their existing customers to wrap all coins before deposit it them. They confirmed they have a coin sorter but only allow their business customers to use it. There is nothing about being “ a preferred “ customer with this branch. I certainly understand why so many people are moving their accounts to smaller, friendlier, community banks.

      Understaffed constantly. Wait in line for 15 minutes and then they racially profile you. Waitched them hand over $10,000 cash with no questions asked to the guy in front of me and then they give me the Spanish Inquisition for trying to deposit $200 cash. Totally absurd. Very prejudiced employees Very slow poor service. Typical bank of America, I've experienced this behavior from New York to Florida.
