      Ryan very rude at this location. They said my ID was fake because it was a out of state ID. I went to another location with no problems. The branch manager at the other location was nice., she said I should had called the police to check my ID.

      My complaint is not necessarily with this specific location but with Bank Of America itself. My debit card was fraudulently used to the tune of $2500, consisting of over 20 fraudulent transactions and Bank of America did absolutely nothing for me. I have been a customer since 2002!!! How am I suppossed to stay with a bank that doesn't protect my money. Bank of America is terrible and there Fraud Department is an absolute joke. DO NOT BANK WITH BANK OF AMERICA!!!!!
