      First of all if I could have gave zero stars I would have. My wife and I had a savings account with Bank of America in Woodhaven. Every trip to this bank has ended with horrible service. From no drive through to having to come in and go through an appointment process to do the simplest things. Because of our bad experience with the Merrill lynch banker we decided to close our account and move our money somewhere else. lisa the service person set up the time for Saturday. We told her we're were going to deposit this check into our bank immediately so we went threw the whole process and she gave us a cashiers check for a large sum and we could not deposit it into the new bank because of them post dating the check for a few days out . WE SHOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD that they were going to give us a post dated check before we closed our account. We would have waited til until the next business day. How incompetent. This institution does not care about you at all. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere. For banking.
