  My wife and I worked with Joe, Bryce, Santino, Zachery, Jason, and many more to successfully secure a loan for our first home. The team was so helpful and created a truly seamless, effortless experience for us -- which is saying A LOT, considering the amount of documentation required for a home loan. They were always quick to respond (think minutes), gracious, kind, and quick to help or offer advice and wisdom as needed -- plus helped us land the best bang for our buck and worked towards competitive interest rates. We are so grateful for Joe and the team and would highly recommend Mortgage 1 to anyone looking around.

  Called Joe based on a recommendation from a friend. It was a great recommendation. They entire process from initial consultation to closing was amazing. With the fast-moving housing market of today time is more important than ever. Joe either answered my phone calls immediately or returned my calls promptly. Joe and his team took the stress out of the mortgage side of the home purchasing process. Don't waste your time calling anyone else. Just let Joe and his team do their job because they do it very well. Wish I knew about them 17 years ago when I bought my last house. I appreciate everyone that helped my wife and I get our dream home. Thank you !!!

  Very unprofessional, not a very nice person to deal with if you want to shop around for mortgage prices, yelled at me over the phone and hung up on me when I asked for loan payoff papers just because I went with a different lender that was cheaper and has lesser fees. very unprofessional behavior towards customers.

  Michael, I wouldn’t call our conversation “yelling at you”. As I mentioned over the phone, our branch is not your servicer to get a loan payoff for you. There is a number that you call on your mortgage statement that you can obtain information for a payoff on. Yes, I was extremely disappointed that you went with another lender. Especially after our team worked very hard on your approval, went over plenty of scenarios with you and your realtor, responded to multiple calls and text messages, and sent you and your realtor estimates on Saturday and Sundays. For you to not give our team the professional courtesy of even a phone call, after we did that much work for you is ridiculous. So, professionalism works both ways my man. You might be able to give me a one-star review based off of our phone conversation today and that is fine, I will take it. However, you know from experience that our service is second to none, and it's proven with all of the reviews before you that have been five stars.
