      Not the bank I started with. NEW NAME SHOULD BE THE LONE TELLER BANK. SHORT OF TELLERS FOR YEARS NOW. Wake Forest/Raleigh and Prescott AZ are run the same way. THERE ISNT ANY SIGN POSTED AT EITHER LOCATION THAT THEY ARE HIRING TELLERS. it seems simple to me, maybe bonus payouts are taking all the cash. Just closed on a house, if the service was better I would of deposited proceeds at BOA

      I have had a long standing relationship with Bank of America, but my experience with this branch in particular has brought me to sever my relationship with the business. They do not care about the relationship with their customers and they especially do not care about their customers time.
