      Every time I come here it’s a 30+ minute wait for a teller. They usually only have one person working. And their ATM has continually not worked for simple tasks. I went 7 minutes up the road to the next B of A and there was no wait and no issue. Will never be going here again.

      My daughter went in to cash a check she got from a reputable business. The teller took the check, gave it to a "manager" to make sure it's "good" and that was the last we saw of them. I had to get back to work, so my daughter had to wait forever to finish her transaction. It took an hour and fifteen minutes. What a complete lack of respect for people's time. I've been with them since they were Seafirst and I might take my business and go elsewhere. Unacceptable customer service. Just terrible.
