      Went there to close our Savings and Checking accounts due to the distance from our current residence. We arrived 20 minutes early but the Banker named Zo, initiated the process right away. When the documentation was completed, he referred us to Tommy at the tellers desk to complete the issuance of cashier’s check. Totally impressed with the entire process…very professional and accommodating. Excellent customer service.

      Had an appointment for 9am Monday December 13, 2021 arrived at 8:57 at 9am no one was there. Hours on door are 9am to 5:00 on Monday. No call from BOA about appointment being changed or cancelled. 9:30 still waiting for someone to come to work. The 9:30 appointment has arrived. 9:36 the 10 am appointment is now here. Someone just saw the website says this location is closed!! If this is true and very possible seeing as no one is here, Why in the hell are you making appointments for this location????? There NO signs up stating the office is closed!

      I simply love coming into this branch! Not only is the staff consistently professional, they are always friendly and willing to help. I received the best service from the branch manager the other day who was all but willing to help! If you’re in the area please stop in this branch!
