      Terrible location. I went into the branch to close my account and they did not end up closing it. I have tried calling them and they will not answer their phones. Stay away from Fifth Third!!

      This location did not demonstrate any enthusiasm to open a joint bank account for my wife and I. My wife isn’t a US citizen so it was more complicated, but the first associate had no idea how to process opening a joint account with this variable added. He floundered for thirty minutes before bringing in his other associate to which she provided an excuse to not be able to process my wives passport. We went to PNC and they got me in with someone within five minutes and we are opening an account as we speak. I would not recommend anyone to this fifth third.
