  They were already really slow with only a couple tellers but they closed the drive thru and everyone has to go inside. Just pathetic and the manager is all talk and no help. The tellers are very nice and deserve better. Edit: I had a great experience at this branch on 2/17/22. Lisa was very nice and very helpful. There was only one teller when I went but it wasn’t busy. Still no drive thru service so only 4 stars.

  It’s a shame this bank is so bad. Service is pathetic. Hardly opens at all anymore and when they do there are lines for miles . Two times I went there when they were supposed to be open and they were closed for lunch. That’s right , they arbitrarily close for lunch sometimes and you never know when until you get there . Don’t think about calling to find out if they are closed for lunch because they don’t answer the phone either way. I’ve had to drive 15 miles to a Lakeland or the Haines City branch on numerous occasions.
