      Will this branch ever open again??? Update: Not only is the branch still not open, but the drive through and inside ATM machines are out of order when I tried to get money out on 8/16/21. Management - either reopen already or let another local business take this location. It's a non-functioning eyesore.

      ATM charged my account for a withdrawal, but due to the poor maintenance of the ATM, the door would not open to give me my cash. My account was charged for the withdrawal, BOA had my money, the phone number on the ATM did not connect me to someone to help like it said it would, and thanks to a bank holiday, I'm unable to pay a bill I needed to pay for several days. Banks need to be proactive, not reactive. Use a credit union and save money and aggravation. This bank is the worst.
