      I phoned lowes regarding an installation on a door I purchased. It's been a month not the 2 weeks I was originally told. The operator was EXTREMELY rude and I have been to reach the department for an HOUR unable to get through being bounced back and forth from the operator to the department then being disconnected. Terrible service, rude people and not timely
