      I made a deposit at the drive through, and it kept my debit card for some reason. I went to have it retrieved the next day, only to be told they did not have the key, They went on to explain it was serviced by a third party, that my card would be shredded and a new card sent. The teller was very sweet but the manager who ordered my new card, not so much. I now have to input my ACH payments all over again with the new info. No card yet....

      We don’t drive and chose this bank because we were able to get there by bus or walk. It’s closure in 2021 lasted a very long time and taking cabs to another branch became costly. Hopefully they will find a way to keep this branch open …perhaps they could try to be open for fewer hours or days during the week.
