      Esther is such a warm person. She saw I was waiting a bit long for my appointment, so she gave me some advice that help save money. Recommend to book appointment with them. Much easier to get a same-week time slot than other branches. Solid service and very professional.

      I love the people who work there. Xiomara has been a teller there many years, and is very poliet and inviting. The Reggie is beyond is the best, management has to offer. He listens knows it all, and is very understanding . He always greets me by my name. They are the reason I bank at this branch.

      Regi Smith is THE BEST! My wife and I have been going there for the past three years, and it is always a pleasure to have Regi take care of our issues. He does get things done, every time. We used to go to the BOA at the Northgate Mall; which used to be pretty good. But after Covid, that one has deteriorated to the point that the service (if you can call that service) offered is unusable. Regi to the rescue at this branch!
