  No tellers available at 9:40am and manager said none would be available at this location all day. How is that possible? I think it’s time to switch banks as they do not do ‘banking’

  This Bank of America has to be the worst and all of Nevada if not all of america they never have enough staff They're ATM's take your money and don't put it in your account where you have to wait and go through the 1 800 number and the bank manager does nothing Today at 1 PM on a Thursday I can't withdraw money from inside the bank cause there's no tellers how ridiculous is that but the hours on the door are posted 9 AM to 4 PM even Google right now says they're open but when you go in unless you have an appointment they can't help you I couldn't even close my account just now because they had to make an appointment for me I'm so done with that bank I wouldn't recommend anyone going to this Bank of America location at all ever they should fire the manager and close it down and hire new staff altogether And if Bank of America cared about the That's exactly what they would do
