I walk in and there was no one to greet me. I see 4 employees in their offices and only the one young lady whose office is next to the waiting area was busy helping two customers. The other 3 can clearly see me waiting. Even if they were busy, the least they could do was reassure me that someone would be with me when they get a moment. Probably waited their 10 minutes and I finally walked out. Never coming here again and will take my business elsewhere. The staff at PNC Bank next to Mercer Mall was friendlier and I don’t even bank with them. Maybe I’ll consider banking with PNC.
