  I've always had excellent experiences at this branch location. The tellers behind the counter, and especially the account managers, have always been fantastic, and very professional. This location beats all others in Mercer County, by far! Whenever I have an issue with my account, even if it's a small issue, this is always my first choice in locations to speak to somebody in person.

  Spoke to sharen Friday about getting and reference letter from them to show DMV my proof of address change. Well here comes Monday I go inside show them the required documents and still couldn't get it done. Then sharen or whatever how you spell her name denyed everything we spoke about on Friday. Not only did they lie to my face they wasted my time. Highly unprofessional and highly recommend everyone to avoid this one at all cost.

  DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS BANK! IF YOU'RE THINKING OF OPENING AN ACCOUNT WITH SANTANDER RUN! GO TO ANY OTHER BANK. The managers here are incompetent, rude, and have ZERO interest in their customers. My family has been with Sovereign/Santander Bank for over a decade and it has been a miserable experience. Too much unprofessionalism to put concisely in a review. Additionally, their facility is behind the times technology wise. You have to park your car, get out, and stand OUTSIDE with ZERO security to use the ATM which works whenever it wants. This is a useless branch and with TERRIBLE customer service (in the branch AND on the phone). Customer service reps on the phone are EXTREMELY RUDE. Save your time and go ANYWHERE ELSE.
