      "Walk in and see it with your own eyes." Bank Manager, very nice, as I take indoor pictures. She explains to prevent robberies, we don't want floor plan pictures online. I am about to delete all my other indoor banking pictures. It makes sense. Love B.O.A., my mother in law retired from there and we have every product they offer. Very strict legal, they do things the most uptight, I appreciate it, as it's all to protect your money. Excellent staff, service, speedy, drive through ATMs, two lanes! ATM inside, when it wasn't working I was able to have two other ATMs to go to, sweet. I hate when a bank has one, out-of-order machine. "ATMs, possibly the greatest invention ever created." - Public safety video at my college orientation. Everyone erupted in laughter.

      They refused to take my loose change and apply it to my account..Was told they only do this for businesses am I not considered their business??? I have several accounts with them,I complained via email and was told someone would call me,that was two weeks ago!! They make money on ours and give us nothing in return, so little by little I will be withdrawing my money and walking up the st to TD bank..for the record,they at one time did take loose change for small potatoes accounts.they act like they are doing us a favor!!! Probably won't reply!!!!

      The main reason I'm a bank America customer is because of the people at the Bayshore location.easy going and very helpful.mybkids like to go with me because there so friendly.
