      conveniently located. staff is very friendly. avoid rush hours at the branch.

      Closed. When you deal with a major bank, you expects all branches to be open during normal banking hours. Went to deposit a check (mobile deposits did not work again!) and found a note on the door - closed indefinitely. Waste of time!

      When i asked to speak to a manager, someone came out of one of the offices and started to talk to me, i thought she was a manager but she had no clue how to help me, so I asked again to speak to a manager and she said, there is no manager at this branch this week. I have never heard of such a thing.
