  Terrible experience at this branch. Incompetent management. I was the first customer to walk in this morning and was outright denied service. There wasn’t anyone else at the branch to serve! The employee helping me said you have to have an appointment as we are all fully booked for the day. This was for a simple transaction (domestic wire transfer). I left the branch and went online to schedule an appointment. Then I realized that this branches available appointments don’t even show up in the schedule an appointment system. I don’t understand how it is acceptable to deny your customers service and not have a transparent online booking for appointments for this specific branch.

  Horrible experience at this branch. Waited for 30 min having an appointment and no one even checked in. The branch didn’t look busy at all! Completely unacceptable customer service.
