  Everyone there was incredibly helpful and quick. They updated my info and mentioned I wasn't signed up for one of the perks on my credit card to which I now receive money back which is great. Taking that extra step made my day.

  Big Disappointment This Branch is Closed to Walk-In AND Drive UP Traffic! This location is closed to walk-in traffic and some time ago eliminated their drive up service which could easily be converted to another ATM machine to accommodate the lack of personal service at this location given the prevailing pandemic setting! As a result, have to utilize the Wilton location which fortunately has stepped up to provide a high level of customer service by providing normal banking hours and walk-in hours, great to see! Pre COVID it appeared the branch was understaffed with one teller Jason seemingly the only one at the teller line most of the time with no help from the other bankers sitting in the cubicles to reduce the wait in line.
