      It's covid, if you doing something other than a what you use a teller for. Make an appointment. I have noticed that, periodically, the banks are closed for a few days. Weird. I put up with it because the people here are so sweet.

      I must say, I am very disappointed in my recent encounter in working with this Bank. My family and I have a substantial portion of our net worth with Bank of America/Merrill, yet it doesn't seem to be valued. My folks worked with John B who represents the Merrill division at this branch, to get joint ownership of an account so they can enjoy the same preferred rewards benefits. 2 in-person visits and at least 10 phone calls later (many missed and never returned), John has failed to see this through despite having been provided every piece of documentation from the getgo, about 4-5 weeks ago. This is unacceptable and I would not recommend anyone to store their financial resources with Merrill if this is the type of service we get in return. A lot of opportunity cost is incurred to customers when banks drag their feet to deliver on their promise/services. Take your business elsewhere (but certainly not TD across the street, either).

      The ATM is nice that's what we usually use this Bank of America for but I went inside once and the service was ok. The ATM is the best part but the service is not great so I would go to another Bank of America if you need to go inside.
