  It almost seems like they enjoy making clients upset and frustrated. I have closed my account here because I can’t take it anymore, ATM always down , no one inside can help you, if they close at 4:00 and you show up at 3:59 the door will be locked

  I have made an appointment through Bank of America web site. The appointment time is 9AM. I was there at 9 AM and door was closed. I could see staff inside. I knocked on door, but nobody answered until 9:05AM. After I entered the bank, the person who I was supposed to meet wasn’t in the office yet. 9:15 I was told the lady won’t be there until late. I decided to leave and went to the other bank in the same shopping plaza.
