  This Bank of America has been closed for over a year now with no known date of reopening. I feel customers have been patient for long enough time to go to a different bank

  Closed. Who knows when it will open. You have to plan days in advance if you need to get into safe deposit box because it takes them 1-2 business days to call you to setup appointment.
