      Surprised to see many negative reviews. I’ve been going to this bank for almost 10 years and never had a bad experience. Maybe lucky that the days I visit, things went well. Just visited today again to get some paperwork notarized and things went well. In and out in 10-15 minutes. Staff were friendly too.

      As an account holder for several years, I deposited 2 cashiers checks from Quail Creek Bank and they were put on a 10 day hold. This is 2022, why would they hold money that long ? The money will not be available till 7-8-22 and was deposited on 6-28-22. This is causing me great hardship. I will never recommend Bank of America.

      There ATM machine sucked. Didn’t show the right amount of my money I deposited even after posted. Had make you call customer services. They said have to do investigation and can take 90 days. I should have right to use my money. Making me think about legal process.
