Rarely to NEVER go unless I have to the past 20 years. This time I had to....on a Saturday. It was ok. Not great. 8/23/21. Tried to call reached recording. Followed instructions per Recording. NEVER spoke with anyone. I needed to speak regarding FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY. THIS BANK IS A JOKEN!!!!
