Due to covid and cancellations with theDMV they wouldnt even cash a 15.00 check drawn off them from the state but had an employee cash one just last week and they wouldnt do it today. So glad I never opened an account with them the teller and manager looked dumb founded when I said there employee washable to override it last week so glad that arent lenient due to covid. I opened up a free checking mind you they dont offer that at citizens totally recommend citizens and advise people not to open up at bank of America rude and unkind.

Never had an issue at a bank. People are generally pleasant and nice. Had to speak to someone about mortgage questions. Lady was either a grump or having a bad day. Think she was a manager. Believe her name was maria. She was so rude, it's no wonder this is a 3 star bank. That lady should be looking for work, for a long time!
