Contrary to most I had a positive experience twice at this location recently. I stopped in due to issues with a branch more local to me. The teller, Rahi took the time to help me after what was a long line on a Friday afternoon. He set me up with an appt where I met with Shelbee who was very helpful solving the issue I had and creating a plan forward. I do agree that this location is probably busy enough for an expansion/extra staff, but that is out of control of the good people in the branch. Enter with patience and a few minutes to spare and you'll find them very helpful.

Worse customer service I have ever received. And this is not the first time this branch has been terrible. Refused to cash a check because my middle initial was missing. I even offered to call the person who wrote the check to confirm. No go. I had to go to the East Providence BoA.
