      It used to be good when all the other associates were their but now that all the personal have been change it is No good I am will not go to lantana branch any more customer service is very bad.

      First off they let someone fraudulently withdraw over 8,000 dollars from my 18yr. Old sons account, that was not active since may 2021. Did not notify I us until we went up there and still no investigation is taking place. Strike 1. Secondly I ordered checks on December 2021. Spent $30 ordering checks. Here we are in March 2022 and I still have not received my checks. I cannot even get a representative on live chat to assist me. This is deplorable and I am disappointed and highly disgusted with Bank of America’s customer service and policies.

      You call and wait for hours on hold, they are closing branching to maximize their profits. Don't bank with them unless you want to be miserable.
