      My wife and I have been customers of the Manteca branch for a year. Making an appointment can make wait times 15 minutes or less for opening an account, getting loans, etc. So plan ahead because walk-ins during peak times can meet lines and long wait times for depositors. The associates and tellers are very friendly and helpful. They do suggest using the bofa app for services like depositing of checks via the app. I use the app for most transactions.
