  Not sure how this branch has 2 stars but Juan the financial manager assisted both my mom and myself yesterday. He was absolutely friendly and very helpful! The customer service he provided was excellent and we need more of that these days.

  The worst bank sends you what they want and they do what they want with your account I've been with this bank for years and nothing like this had ever happened and when you call they lock up your phone and it takes hours for them to answer you the truth I don't recommend this bank to no one and the terrible customer service they also put you on hold for more than 10 minutes and from there they hang up the phone

  There is only 1 teller so it is a bit of a wait if you don't need a check cashed or to make a deposit. Everyone that I interacted with was friendly.
