      Drove over for some in person customer service and they hand wrote me a note with the 1-800customer service number. As if I couldn’t do that at home. Garbage service. Considering switching banks immediately

      Went to cash my check and at first i go in line the guy was on his phone I just walked up to him so he notice I was waiting and when I go I ask if I can cash my check he says yea and cashes it without telling me that they will put a hold on my other money in my checking account and I told him he should of said something before going a head because I needed the money all together to pay a bill and now I’m stuck not being able to use my money in my checking account I will be closing my account soon with service like that no one should be banking with them.
