      Just horrible service. Can’t get through the phone center. Can’t chat. Waited over 15 minutes at the branch with 11 people in line ahead of me. They don’t care why are we going there? There are a lot of other banks who care more than this one.

      Why would anyone use BOA? I've tried to call to see if anyone was there and they hung up on me. It shouldn't be difficult to find a location that has people in it for a bank.
