      We have refinanced our home in the past. We have never ever had such a positive experience. Northern Lakes Mortgage makes your refinance so incredibly easy and fast. I literally had one or two documents to show. I could have closed within a week or two, but had to wait for personal reasons. I found them when they reached out to me with a phone call. In the times we live it, I know it is hard to trust someone you have never met, much less they are in Chicago and we are in Colorado. Trust them they are safe, fast and honest. Joseph is such a kind and pleasant person to work with. He answered all our questions. Unlike other refinance companies once the closing is over, they forget you. No, Joseph has checked in with me multiple times since closing. Amazing company, you cannot go wrong with Northern Lakes Mortgage.

      We had the best experience working with Joseph at Northern Lakes Mortgage. He was responsive, kept in touch with us, answered our questions, and was very professional. We did not have a good experience with our prior mortgage company and we’re pleasantly surprised by the care Joseph put into his work and making sure we had all we needed to get our refinance completed in a timely manner and efficiently.
